As the Client Design Representative (CDR) at HIGHCO Builders, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the design and planning processes for our luxury home projects. Serving as the primary liaison between our clients and construction team, you'll ensure smooth communication and flawless execution of their vision at every step of the project.

Requirements
Client Conversion:
Initiate contact with prospective buyers and engage in in-depth consultations to understand their vision and desires.
Showcase our portfolio of luxury coastal homes and illustrate how we can turn their dreams into reality.
Foster trust and credibility, turning prospective clients into enthusiastic partners.
Client Care and Engagement:
Act as a dedicated concierge, providing exceptional care to clients from onboarding through post-construction.
Regularly update clients on project progress, ensuring clear and open communication.
Maintain a deep understanding of each client's unique vision and preferences, ensuring their dream is at the forefront of every decision.
Design Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with our construction team, external architects and subcontractors to bring the client's vision to life.
Curate personalized design concepts, ensuring each client's lifestyle and aesthetic preferences are thoughtfully integrated into the home's design.
Facilitate design presentations and discussions, helping clients make informed decisions.
Project Management:
Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external teams, fostering effective teamwork and problem-solving.
Keep clients informed about the progress of construction, addressing any concerns promptly.
Post-Completion Support:
Provide comprehensive documentation and maintenance guidelines to clients upon project completion.
Ensure a seamless transition for clients into their new luxury homes, assisting with any post-move-in needs.
Build long-lasting relationships, offering ongoing support for any future enhancements or inquiries.
Referral Networking (Full-time Option)
Develop close relationships with realtors, architects, and designers by showcasing our construction expertise through effective communication and community involvement.
Actively network and engage with professionals in the real estate, architecture, and design industries to grow our base of referring business in these areas.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop referral programs and promotional initiatives aimed at increasing business from industry partners.
Serve as a brand ambassador for HIGHCO Builders at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand our presence and reputation within the luxury home market.
Maintain detailed records of referral activities, client interactions, and project progress to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
A proven track record in client conversion, relationship management, or interior design.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A deep appreciation for luxury coastal living and a discerning eye for design.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
A commitment to delivering impeccable customer service.
Proficiency in design software and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Google Drive, AutoCAD, SketchUp, ProCore, etc)
Compensation:Â
Highly Competitive Compensation Structure.
Contract Option:
Hourly compensation: To be categorized as either Design Service or Project Management on a weekly table on Google Drive or Quickbooks Payroll.
