Key Responsibilities:
Referral Program Management
Objective: Generate high-quality referrals from key verticals for whole remodels and new builds in the luxury home market through targeted marketing campaigns and strategic relationship-building efforts.
Upscale Vertical Research: Identify marquee upscale realtors, interior designers, and architects in our target areas.
Targeted Outreach: Initiate contact with identified professionals using a blend of email marketing and direct mailers.
Relationship Building: Cultivate personal connections with key referral sources through in-person meetings.
Project Tracking and Support: Monitor projects of referral sources and acknowledge milestones.
Client Assistance and Appreciation: Provide seamless support to referred clients and express gratitude to referring professionals with luxurious thank-you gifts.
Direct Customer Outreach
Engagement Channels: Utilize diverse channels including social media, email campaigns, and phone outreach.
Event Participation: Engage potential customers at golf and tennis clubs, trade shows, and other events.
Campaign Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling messaging and campaigns.
Client Relationship Management

Compensation
The three position tiers for this role are structured to support a transition to full-time employment, depending on your preference and performance.
T1: Part-Time Remote
Compensation:
$500 per month base salary (*validation).
Commission on sales generated.

Estimated Annual Compensation Range:
$80,000 to $120,000
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the referral program and conducting customer outreach.
Support in nurturing early and mature relationships with clients.
Engage remotely with clients and partners as needed.

Achieve a predetermined number of sales activities, including engagements, meetings, calls, sending mailers, etc., to qualify for the base salary.
T2: Full-Time Remote
Compensation:
$3,000 per month base salary (*validation).
Commission on sales generated.

$100,000 to $150,000
Responsibilities:
Manage the referral program, conduct direct customer outreach, and nurture client relationships.
Expand market presence on the Monterey Peninsula and beyond.
Work remotely with occasional travel as required.

T3: Full-Time Hybrid
Compensation:
$8,000 per month base salary (*validation).
Commission and bonus structure based on performance.
